Refund policy

 

For orders placed online , we are happy to accept returns & provide a full refund at any time within the first 10 days of delivery, the item has to be intact with case and cloth as well.

All we require is for you to contact us at info@lunettiq.com, then send your order back to us or drop it off in store and we’ll take it from there. 

For online Canadian orders we offer free returns, for your prepaid shipping label or other questions about returns please email us at info@lunettiq.com

For international orders, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not cover any Customs or duties on international shipping.

For In-store purchases : Purchases at our retail stores are considered "final sale" and are ineligible for a refund. However, these returns are eligible for a store credit or exchanges.

P‍rescription lenses and items marked "final sale" are ineligible for a return or exchange. However, if you cannot adapt to your prescription lenses for whatever reason, please come see us or contact us by email.

Item on sale : orders that are returned, are subject to refund in the form of a store credit, gift card or product exchange, but no refund on the original payment method.

Discounts will only be valid during the time of the sale and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion, or be applied retrospectively.

Holiday policy:

For non-prescription eyeglasses purchased either online or in-store starting from December 15, you have until January 5th to initiate an exchange or receive store credit.

Please note that all gift card purchases are final. Store credit, on the other hand, has no expiration date and can be used indefinitely.
