Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We are also using Sezzle payments.

Every coloured lens order is hand dipped, therefore takes 5 business days to complete & to receive tracking number.

UK: 3-6 business days.
Central Europe: 3-6 business days.
Australia: 3-5 business days.
Asia: 6-8 business days.
Middle East: 6-8 business days.
We offer free shipping across Canada for orders over 100$. For orders under 50$ shipping is 10$.
For orders in the US, we have a flat fee of 20$.
For all international orders, they'res a flat fee of 30$.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please be aware it may take around 5-7 days for this email to arrive in your inbox since we need to prepare the order at our lab.

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects for a period of 2 years

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 15 days of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
All products come with a cleaning cloth and a case.
All products come with a 2-year manufacturer defect warranty.
Come into our store at anytime for maintenance and small adjustments.
The best way to take care of your Lunettiq glasses when they're smudged is to run them under luke warm water with soft soap and a tissue.

Our glasses are made out of Italian Mazzuchelli Acetate and for our metal frames, they're made of titanium.
For our ECO line, they're made out of bio-acetate.

ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY
we are happy to accept returns & provide a full refund at any time within the first 10 days, the item has to be intact.

For online Canadian orders we offer free returns, for your prepaid shipping label or other questions about returns please email us at info@lunettiq.com‍
For international orders, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not cover any Customs or duties on international shipping.

For non-prescription eyeglasses purchased either online or in-store starting from December 15, you have until January 5th 2024 to initiate an exchange or receive store credit.
In-store orders that are returned, are subject to refund in the form of a store credit, gift card or product exchange, but no refund on the original payment method.
Discounts will only be valid during the time of the sale and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion, or be applied retrospectively.
